Booking terms
Launch requirement: the business must confirm its final cancellation, refund, payment and no-show policy before publishing these terms. Operational facts below reflect the website information available at the audit date.

Booking requests and confirmation
A message, form entry or availability request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when Crystal Water Kayaks replies in writing with the experience, date, tide-based time, party size, final price, payment instructions and applicable cancellation terms.
Times, tides and route
Tour and rental times depend on tides, sea state and weather. Start time, route, stops and duration may be adjusted for safety, conservation or operational reasons. Guests travelling by ferry should confirm the tour time before buying fixed same-day transfers.
Prices and separate charges
Website prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. L’Union Estate park entry is separate and paid to the park. Final prices, child pricing, private-tour quotes, photography packages and any additional charges are confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Guest information
Guests must provide accurate party size, ages of young children and any information relevant to safe participation, including mobility needs, health conditions or combined passenger weight near the kayak limit. Contact the team before booking if unsure whether the experience is suitable.
Safety and conduct
Guests must follow guide instructions, wear supplied safety equipment when requested and behave respectfully toward wildlife, the reef, other guests and park rules. The operator may refuse or stop participation where behaviour creates a safety or conservation risk.
Weather changes and operator cancellation
The operator may delay, reroute, reschedule or cancel an activity when conditions are unsuitable. The written booking confirmation must state the options available if the operator cancels, including any rescheduling or refund entitlement.
Guest cancellation and no-show
The cancellation deadline, refund entitlement, amendment rules and no-show charge must be supplied in writing before the booking is confirmed. Guests should not confirm a booking until they have read and accepted those terms.
Personal belongings and photography
Waterproof bags are provided, but guests remain responsible for personal belongings unless applicable law provides otherwise. Drone and professional photography are subject to weather, safety, park and aviation restrictions.
